In the frame of the actions dedicated to the World Stroke Day, on 29 of October 2019 the symposium “Diagnostic and interdisciplinary management of the patients with stroke” will take place in „GEORGE EMIL PALADE” Hall of University of Medicine and Pharmacy „Grigore T. Popa” of Iasi.
The event will facilitate an experience exchange between a neurologist coming from a stroke unit from France, a diaspora researcher, Mr. Cosmin Alecu, MD, PhD, Stroke Unit, CENTRE HOSPITALIER SUD FRANCILIEN, Corbeil-Essonnes, France and medical doctors involved in the diagnostic and the management of the patient with stroke, aiming to establish a neurovascular connection in medical units from Iasi and to set an information program in Iasi and North-East region of Romania.
The symposium is the first event out of a series of actions targeting stroke, followed by an activity directed to post stroke recovery in November 2019, „EMC” accredited.
The event is organized by University of Medicine and Pharmacy „Grigore T. Popa” of Iasi, together with IMAGO-MOL Cluster and Emergency Hospital “Prof. Dr. N. Oblu“ Iasi.
