IMAGO-MOL Cluster Joined VELES Consortium Meeting in Valencia to Strengthen European Collaboration in Digital Health and Data Governance

Between 19th and 20th of May the IMAGO-MOL Cluster participated in the VELES Consortium Meeting held in Valencia, Spain, bringing together project partners to review achievements to date and shape the roadmap for the next phases of implementation.

Over the course of two productive days, consortium members assessed the project’s progress and discussed upcoming activities, benefiting from insightful presentations delivered by VELES researchers and representatives of the Valencian innovation ecosystem, including Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and valgrAI.

A key highlight of the meeting was the presentation delivered by IMAGO-MOL Cluster representatives, Catalin Mironeanu and Corina Morosan, who addressed important aspects related to GDPR compliance and data governance within the cerebral tumours pilot. Their contribution was highly appreciated by consortium partners for its relevance and practical insights into responsible data management in health research.

The meeting also provided valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and networking among partners, fostering stronger cooperation toward the development of innovative digital health solutions and data-driven healthcare initiatives.
