The first training courses within the IASI – SMART HEALTH CITY project, co-financed by the Administrative Capacity Operational Program 2014 – 2020, MySmis 151401, SIPOCA 981, have taken place on September 23-24, respectively September 29-30, regarding the Smart field Health.

The two groups of approximately 25 trainees each deepened their knowledge around the main areas of Smart Health innovation, such as smart health/e-health/digital health/mobile health, beneficiaries and their role: hospitals/patients, implementation tools: telemedicine, mobile applications, interhospital interconnection applications, hospital patients, patients-family doctors/doctors of various specialties, patients-pharmacies/laboratories, analyzed examples of good practices and the economic impact of investments in new medical technologies and smart health / smart city and, through interactive sessions, they identified the major potential changes for doctors and patients in the field of Smart Health, along with the main challenges being faced in the field.

In the following period, other training sessions will be organized in the fields of Patient Empowerment (November 3-4, respectively 11-12) and the role of communities in building local public policies (January 2023).

These courses are addressed both to members of the IMAGO-MOL Cluster and to representatives of non-governmental associations and social partners (unions and employers), professional associations of doctors and local public institutions.
