It was our great pleasure to spend a few hours on December 22, 2025, together with distinguished guests, members, and partners, on the occasion of the meeting of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly of the IMAGO-MOL Cluster—an event that brought us together on the eve of the holidays and marked the close of this year.

The indicative agenda of the meeting was as follows:

  • Presentation of the cluster’s activities carried out during July–December 2025, as well as the main strategic directions for 2026.

  • Presentation of a brief activity plan for the IMAGO-MOL Cluster Committees for 2026.

  • An overview presentation of proposed changes to the membership packages starting in 2026.

  • Presentation of the concept of a platform for engaging cluster members, along with discussions on its feasibility for 2026.

  • Review of the amendments to the cluster’s statutes discussed at the General Assembly meeting on June 19, 2025 (updating CAEN codes, one membership withdrawal, and one new membership accession).

  • Submission to vote of membership applications.

  • Analysis of the situation of members removed from the registry or declared fiscally inactive.

  • Discussions on various administrative matters.
