The Romanian Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging in collaboration with the Imago-Mol Cluster organized the 6th Congress of Nuclear Medicine in Romania, together with the 2nd edition of the International Conference on the Application of Radionuclides in Therapy, from 21 to 23 March 2024, in Brasov.

IMAGO-MOL representatives gave presentations in the second day’s panel, namely Imaging Biomarkers in Nuclear Medicine: their benefit for Precision Medicine, by Prof. Dr. Cipriana Stefănescu and MEDIC NEST Brain Health Initiative. Unlocking the power of Precision Nuclear Medicine in neurosciences by Alina Căpitanu, Vice-Chair of the IMAGO-MOL Cluster and Chair of the MEDIC NEST Meta-Cluster in Precision Medicine.

Also, the “Promising young scientist in nuclear medicine” award on behalf of the IMAGO-MOL Cluster was presented to the resident nuclear medicine physician of the Children’s Emergency Hospital “M.S.Curie”, Dr. Alexandru Mitoi.
