Between 1 and 4 November 2018, “Nuclear Medicine Days IASI 2018″ will take place in Iasi, event organized in cooperation by Romanian Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging – SRMNIM, U.M.F. “Grigore T. Popa” Iasi, the Innovative Regional Cluster of Structural and Molecular Imaging – IMAGO-MOL, the Society of Physicians and Naturalists, the St. Spiridon County Emergency Clinical Hospital and the Regional Institute of Oncology, Iasi.

The national event national with international participation will include:

-A postgraduate course (EMC): Theragnostics in Nuclear Medicine

-Clinical Case Sessions: Nuclear Imaging versus Unclear Imaging

A Radioprotection Symposium

This year, the event, which is the annual meeting of practitioners in the field of nuclear imaging, focuses on the training of young professionals in the field of radiotracers and SPECT / PET / CT / MRI techniques, defining the concept of Theragnostics for Personalized Medicine and Precision.

The event aims to create the opportunity to initiate discussion on the nuclear medicine advancements, necessary also in Romania, within motivational meetings, in which all the participants he the chance to share ideas.

The event will enable the organization of a new Working Group Meeting for IMAGO-MOL Strategic Agenda Meeting on 1st of November, in the Library of the Institute of Anatomy (U.M.F. “Grigore T. Popa” Iasi). The meeting is part of the project Increasing the excellence of the IMAGO-MOL Cluster by developing the RDI Strategic Planning Documents (CEX – IMAG), financed by Ministry for Research and Innovation through PNCDI III. The aim of the meeting is to put in debate the IMAGO-MOL Strategic Agenda.

The aim of the project is to increase the excellence and applicative scientific productivity of IMAGO-MOL Cluster through the development of strategic RDI planning documents in order to ensure the continuity and increase of the operational capacity of the IMAGO-MOL Cluster in a field of high importance for health sector – medical imaging, in correlation with ITC and biotechnology.

The event will enable organizing also a General Assembly meeting of IMAGO-MOL Cluster in order to debate some statutory issues.
