REVERT project – taRgeted thErapy for adVanced colorEctal canceR paTients, submitted under SC1-BHC-02-2019, Systems approaches for the discovery of combinatorial therapies for complex disorders, Horizon 2020 Programme, has been selected for funding. The consortium includes 14 organizations from Italy, Spain, Sweeden, Germany, Luxemburg and Romania and is coordinated by Scientific Institute for Research, Hospitalization and HealthCare (IRCSS) San Raffaele Pisana from Rome.
The project will last 48 months and will target the development an improved and innovative model of combinatorial therapy, based on a personalised medicine approach, that identifies the most efficient and cost-effective therapeutic intervention for patients with unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
IMAGO-MOL Cluster thorugh its members’ expertise will take part in the development of REVERT (RDB) data base, of the sophisticated computational framework based on AI to predict patient responses to combinatorial therapies for mCRC, and to the retrospective and clinical prospective study, envisaged by the project.
